Job summary

Velora Security Services in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive new opportunities across CiT, cash management and secure logistics. You will manage a portfolio of banks, exchange houses and high-value customers, preparing proposals and leading tender responses.

Role requires 5–7 years in BD/sales within relevant industries, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel across the Emirates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, finance, marketing or related field.
• 5–7 years in business development, sales or account management in a commercial setting.
• Direct experience in CiT, cash management, secure logistics or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across CiT, ATM cash replenishment and vaulting.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of banking clients, exchanges and high-value goods customers.
• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing submissions and tender responses.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms align with operations.
• Maintain contracts, renewals, and service commitments with accuracy.
• Coordinate renewals to maximize revenue and customer retention.
