Job summary

Velora Security Services is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive revenue in CiT, cash management, and valuables logistics across the UAE. You will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, secure new business, and nurture strategic banking and high-value-goods clients.

The role emphasizes tendering, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, compliance and risk to ensure service excellence and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across CiT, ATM cash replenishment, cash processing, vaulting and Value-Added Logistics services.
• Develop opportunities for banknote import and export services with banks and exchange houses.
• Promote secure logistics solutions for precious metals, jewellery, luxury goods and high-value commodities.
• Deliver against assigned revenue, volume and new customer acquisition targets.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear sales stages, forecasts and closure targets.
