Job summary

Revolut in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager or Relationship Manager to lead strategic partnerships with banking partners and drive new revenue streams across regions.

You will own end-to-end deal processes, engage at senior levels, and work with the Financial Institutions Group to manage counterparty relationships and payments, treasury, and CIO activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial institutions
• Proven track record for driving B2B2C/D2C partnerships and exceeding targets in more than one territory
• Negotiation experience and proven deal-making capability
• Demonstrated ability to construct, analyse, and deliver new business lines and products
• Fluency in English with great communication and presentation skills
• Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller parts and to work with data
• Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
• An interest in the financial industry
• Familiarity with banking risk and regulations (due diligence, financial crime and prevention, onboarding, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Being the main interface of Revolut towards our banking partners
• Engaging at the most senior level of corporate coverage teams and senior managing directors
• Working on sourcing global partner banks and closing partnership deals
• Negotiating Nostro rates and derivative contracts (ISDA/CSAs, GMRA, Triparty clearing arrangements, etc.)
• Fronting due diligence sessions and liaising with internal executive-level stakeholders
• Organising QBRs and regular meetings with key strategic partners
• Conducting P&L analysis of Revolut and partner banks
