Job summary

Citi Commercial Bank seeks a Cash Management Sales Officer for MEA to drive growth in cash revenues for International parented clients with MEA subsidiaries. You will partner with Relationship Managers to deliver holistic treasury solutions and manage end-to-end cash deals across regions.

The role requires deep knowledge of Transaction banking, strong relationship skills and the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders. This is an on-site role based in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for pitches and conversions.
• Ability to identify problems and map to Transaction banking & Trade propositions.
• Ability to build trustful advisory relationships with portfolio clients.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and long-term growth vision.
• Open-minded to evaluate alternative customer solutions.
• Knowledge of regulations, market practices and bank operations.

Responsibilities

• Make Citi the go-to international banking partner for client segments.
• Identify client challenges and provide holistic treasury solutions.
• Build a pipeline with Global Relationship team and Product to drive deal conversion.
• Track deal pipeline and review implementation and revenue realization.
• Work with product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Drive business growth with RMs and own cash deals end-to-end.
• Lead cross-regional initiatives and participate in client pitches and RFPs.
• Coordinate with Citi Services teams for execution of won deals.
