Job summary

Mastercard Direct Services in Dubai is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead Services Business Development for the MCDS segment across the EEMEA region. You will drive revenue growth by winning new clients and managing services engagements, owning the entire sales process from prospecting to contracts, and developing multi-year, multi-million-dollar opportunities.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in a top management consulting firm, ideally serving Financial Institutions.
Strong knowledge of payments market, trends and opportunities.
Proven track record in initiating, developing, closing sales, and beating targets.
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience selling professional services to executive-level clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

Own and lead business development activities for Mastercard Services within the MCDS segment in EEMEA.
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution; drive multi-year, multi-million-dollar revenues.
Support pitches and bids; create value-driven narratives for client opportunities.
Collaborate with Segment and other Services teams to align strategic imperatives.
Represent Mastercard Services to senior client stakeholders; monetize relationships and grow revenue.
