Job summary

Hlb Hamt in Dubai is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with strong experience in Payroll and HR Services / HR Consulting to join our growing team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with senior decision-makers across the UAE.

You will lead lead generation, deliver tailored HR/payroll solutions, and drive opportunities through to closure while maintaining a robust sales pipeline and pursuing cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of proven business development experience.
• Experience in Payroll, HR Services, HR Consulting, EOR, or related professional services.
• Strong understanding of payroll outsourcing and HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Payroll, HR Consulting, EOR and related HR services.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, LinkedIn, and other business development channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Owners, Finance Leaders, and decision-makers.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and developments in the UAE HR services market.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of payroll outsourcing, HR solutions, EOR/PEO, and HR consulting services.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with senior decision-makers and managing the complete sales cycle.
• UAE market experience and an existing professional network will be an advantage.
• Candidates who can demonstrate consistent achievement of sales targets are preferred.
