HLB HAMT - Audit, Tax, Advisory & Consulting in Dubai is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth for Tax Services. You will excel in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation within the UAE market.

Responsibilities include building a strong client pipeline, conducting meetings and presentations, coordinating with tax teams, and hitting sales targets. UAE market experience and a valid driving license are preferred.

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth for our Tax Services division.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation, with a strong understanding of corporate tax, VAT, and advisory services in the UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Tax and Advisory services
• Generate leads and build a strong client pipeline
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal tax teams to understand client requirements and propose solutions
• Support proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and service presentations
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales within tax, audit, consulting, or professional services
• Strong understanding of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and related advisory services
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong networking and client relationship management abilities
• UAE market experience is mandatory
• Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage
• Experience in professional services or consulting firms
• Existing corporate client network in the UAE
• Target-driven and commercially focused mindset
