Job summary

Wipro in Dubai seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead deep process redesign and drive transformation outcomes. You will spearhead end-to-end re-engineering of cross-channel workflows for the new iLoyal platform, eliminating legacy inefficiencies across Loyalty, Airport and Contact Centre touchpoints.

You will define the future-state operating model, assess transformation risks, drive standardisation, and provide governance on BA standards to ensure alignment with objectives.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end business process re-engineering across multiple channels and platforms.
• Define future-state operating model ensuring consistency across Loyalty, Airport and Contact Centre.
• Assess transformation complexity, dependencies, risks, and mitigations for large-scale change.
• Leverage third-party solution capabilities to standardise and simplify processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process re-engineering, redesigning cross-channel workflows to optimise operations for the new platform (iLoyal) and eliminate legacy inefficiencies.
• Define the future-state operating model, ensuring consistency across Loyalty, Airport, Contact Centre and other customer touchpoints.
• Assess business impact and transformation complexity, identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies for large-scale organisational change.
• Drive standardisation and simplification of processes, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities of the 3rd-party solution rather than replicating legacy CRIS behaviours.
• Provide thought leadership and governance on business analysis standards, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives and consistent delivery across BA resources.
