RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS) in Dubai is seeking a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team. You will drive requirements gathering, analyze business needs, and create deliverables while coordinating with vendors and IT to ensure seamless project execution.

You will contribute to end-to-end testing cycles, support UAT, and help map processes using use case diagrams and data-flow diagrams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in iLoyal (Loyalty management platform) is a must.
• Experience in Requirements gathering and analysis and creation of associated deliverables
• Familiar with Business Analysis Methodologies - Eg: Agile Methodologies like Scrum/Kanban and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Visio, or Azure DevOps
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing and end-to-end testing cycles
• Experience in interacting with Vendors
• Experience in defining the Business Scope for RFI/RFP process
• Experience in handling IT Support issues raised by Business & follow up of issues raised with internal IT & Vendor
• Experience in process mapping (e.g., use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, swimlanes).
