Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with the iLoyal Loyalty Management Platform.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
• Experience preparing BRD and FRD documentation.
• Basic SQL query-building and execution skills.
• Experience with API testing using Postman and/or SoapUI.
• Strong experience in UAT and end-to-end testing.
• Vendor coordination and issue-resolution experience.
• Experience defining business scope for RFI/RFP processes.
• Strong process mapping skills.
• Experience creating use case diagrams, DFDs, and swimlane diagrams.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, and Visio.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Notice period: Immediate to 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRD and FRD documentation.
• Build and execute basic SQL queries for analysis and validation.
• Execute and test APIs using Postman and SoapUI.
• Lead UAT and end-to-end testing cycles.
• Coordinate with vendors for requirement clarification and issue resolution.
• Define business scope and requirements for RFI and RFP processes.
• Handle IT support issues raised by business teams.
• Create process maps and business process documentation.
• Develop use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, and swimlane diagrams.
• Work with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban delivery methodologies.
• Use tools including JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, and Visio.
• Collaborate with business, technical, vendor, and project teams.
• Support continuous improvement of business processes and technology solutions.
