Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of BA experience in IT, software, or digital services.
- Experience across end-to-end projects in multiple industries.
- Experience with web and mobile solutions preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to support business transformation.
- Work with development, QA and project management teams to ensure requirement clarity and delivery.
- Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Monitor project progress and support UAT, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
- Assist in developing business cases and ROI analysis for proposed changes or initiatives.
