Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of BA experience in IT, software, or digital services.
• Experience across end-to-end projects in multiple industries.
• Experience with web and mobile solutions preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to support business transformation.
• Work with development, QA and project management teams to ensure requirement clarity and delivery.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Monitor project progress and support UAT, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
• Assist in developing business cases and ROI analysis for proposed changes or initiatives.
