Palazzo Versace Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth across the GCC and wider Middle East, leveraging a strong luxury travel trade network.

The role requires developing strategic market plans, driving new business, and converting industry relationships into revenue. You will engage with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, luxury travel advisers, wholesalers, and corporate/government partners to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel sales development experience.
• Proven GCC/Middle East leisure market experience.
• Established network with luxury travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and corporate/government segments.
• Proven track record of revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the annual GCC & Middle East BD strategy.
• Drive new business acquisition while strengthening key accounts.
• Build a network of travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, luxury travel advisers, wholesalers, and corporate partners.
• Identify and develop revenue opportunities within GCC source markets.
• Collaborate with hotel sales, marketing, revenue management, and operations to convert opportunities into revenue.
