Job summary

Sundus is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across Abu Dhabi’s government, public, and private sectors. The candidate should bring deep local market knowledge, CXO relationships, and a proven track record in large IT services, consulting, and digital transformation deals.

The role requires originations, complex deal closures, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder cycles with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related discipline.
10–15 years in business development, enterprise sales, or consulting within technology.
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi/UAE markets with an established senior network.
Proven ability to originate and close large IT services/consulting/digital transformation deals.
Experience engaging CXOs and senior leaders.
Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity to closure.
Relationships with enterprises, government entities, and key decision-makers in Abu Dhabi.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Drive new business growth and acquire new clients across Abu Dhabi.
Originate, develop, and close strategic opportunities and large technology deals.
Build relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
Develop a robust pipeline and proactively shape opportunities ahead of RFPs.
Align client priorities with IT services, consulting, and digital transformation solutions.
Lead complex sales cycles, negotiations, and deal closures.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop compelling client propositions.
Strengthen market presence and maintain pipeline management and sales forecasts.
