Job summary

ELE Interior in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager with a robust network in luxury interior design, architecture, and hospitality. You will lead sales, drive revenue, manage client relationships, and oversee the full sales cycle from lead to contract.

You will collaborate with design and operations teams, oversee CRM, reporting, and develop strategic plans to expand market presence across the UAE and GCC. Travel as required to meet clients and sites.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in sales leadership within interior design, architecture, luxury hospitality or commercial sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
• Existing database of clients and developers is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all sales and business development activities for the company.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market presence.
• Identify, target, and secure new clients across luxury residential, hospitality, commercial sectors.
• Oversee CRM management, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Prepare and review proposals, quotations, contracts, and project variations.
• Lead weekly sales meetings and drive achievement of sales targets.
• Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
