Job summary

ESG Emirates Stallions Group P.J.S.C. is seeking a Business Development Manager for DecoVision’s Interior Fit-Out division to drive the growth of new opportunities across the UAE market.

You will identify, pursue and secure projects, build long-term relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs and corporate clients, and lead proposals from qualification through award, leveraging an extensive regional network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, architecture, civil engineering or related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10+ years of Business Development experience within the Interior Fit-Out industry.
• Proven UAE/GCC experience with a strong network of developers, consultants, architects, PMCs and corporate clients.
• Demonstrated success in securing commercial, hospitality, residential, retail and office fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of the UAE construction and fit-out market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the Interior Fit-Out sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, corporate clients and government entities.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, client meetings and market research.
• Source and monitor tender opportunities from developers, consultants and online portals.
• Prepare capability presentations, commercial proposals and pre-qualification documents.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Design and Commercial teams to ensure timely submission of competitive proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization with clients.
• Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities and upcoming projects.
• Maintain an updated CRM database and prepare weekly sales pipeline and business development reports.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking forums to strengthen DecoVision’s market presence.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals and business-growth objectives.
