AMINA Bank seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to build and grow a client portfolio across institutional, private and corporate segments. You will hunt for new prospects, onboard clients, and drive growth of digital asset services from Abu Dhabi.

Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; collaboration with Legal and Compliance ensures smooth onboarding and due diligence. This role demands strategic market development, strong negotiation, and a track record of cross-border sales.

Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years of experience in financial services sales, client onboarding and building a client book.
• University degree (Bachelor level) in Business, Finance or Mathematics. CFA/CAIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage clients across institutional, professional private, EAM or corporate segments.
• Coordinate all client matters from processes to overall client experience.
