Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank seeks an experienced Head of Institutional Sales to support the Head of ADIB Securities in generating brokerage business and client acquisitions in Abu Dhabi and abroad.

The role requires 8–10 years in institutional sales with strong investment banking, IPO, custody knowledge and fluency in English and Arabic. It involves leading a team, supervising referral networks, and presenting to senior management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Strong Investment Banking, IPO and Custody knowledge.
• Strong relationships with pensions, funds and portfolio managers.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC and international stock markets.

Responsabilidades

• Call on institutional prospects in the UAE and abroad; set up sales meetings.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to cement ties with clients.
• Identify and supervise referral agents; finalize contracts; monitor performance.
• Build a Market Maker parallel unit to institutional sales; obtain approvals and resources.
• Organize client meetings and provide routine performance information to clients.
