Job summary

AMINA Bank AG in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to build and grow a client portfolio across institutional and corporate segments. You will hunt new prospects online, at events, and via cold outreach to achieve ambitious growth targets, while collaborating with Legal and Compliance for smooth onboarding.

The role requires 8–10 years in financial services sales, a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Math, and fluency in English and Arabic. CFA/CAIA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in financial services sales and client onboarding.
• University degree in Business, Finance or Mathematics; CFA/CAIA would be preferred.
• Proven network within the respective client segment and strong English/Arabic communication.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and grow a client portfolio across institutional, professional private, EAM or corporate clients.
• Coordinate client matters from onboarding to ongoing relationship management.
• Develop domestic and international prospect lists and prioritize market opportunities.
