Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a meticulous Back Office Associate to manage account maintenance and openings for Retail ELITE & GPB segments, including Islamic & Conventional products, NHL and CCQ data entry in line with FAB guidelines.

You will ensure high quality, integrity, and timely processing, collaborating with branches and sales teams while complying with UAE Central Bank regulations. Training programs and professional growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School / Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–2 years experience in back office or front-line desk.
• Candidate with no experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Attend to back office tasks including account maintenance and opening.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and turnaround times.
• Participate in training programs and development opportunities.
• Handle data entry and validation for Islamic & Conventional segments.
• Maintain strong internal and external communication and service levels.
• Resolve issues and escalate with professionalism and integrity.
• Stay updated with regulatory obligations by the Central Bank of UAE.
