Job summary

Dicetek LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Service Operations professional to monitor core banking workloads, respond to incidents, and drive post-incident reviews. You will manage batch schedules, ensure high availability, and coordinate with vendor/ platform teams to protect critical services.

The role covers end-of-day processing, incident bridges, and SLA/SLO reporting in a 24x7 regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
5–10+ years of experience in IT operations or production support within banking or regulated financial services.
Proven involvement in at least one core banking go-live, migration or large platform transformation.
Experience operating 24x7 mission-critical environments with strict availability and regulatory obligations.
Experience working with vendors and managed service providers under defined SLAs.

Responsibilities

Monitor the health, capacity and performance of core banking, integration, API gateway, Kafka and channel workloads around the clock.
Respond to alerts and incidents, perform first and second line diagnosis, and escalate within SLAs.
Lead or support major incident bridges and contribute to post-incident reviews.
Track and report availability, SLA and SLO performance for critical services.
Execute, monitor and control end-of-day/month/year processing for core banking systems.
