Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Banking Performance Test Engineer to validate performance of APIs, event-driven systems and integration services across high-volume banking environments. You will leverage JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace and Grafana to monitor observability and identify bottlenecks, ensuring operational readiness of core banking and payments platforms.

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in banking performance engineering.
Experience with core banking systems, payment platforms or high-volume banking digital transformation programmes.
Hands-on expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner or equivalent performance testing tools.
Experience using Dynatrace and Grafana.
Practical understanding of distributed tracing.
Knowledge of API gateway performance.
Understanding of Kafka and microservice performance.
Experience with AI-assisted observability and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

Validate the performance of APIs and enterprise integration services.
Assess the scalability of services supporting high-volume banking transactions.
Evaluate the resilience of integration components under demanding processing conditions.
Support performance testing activities for event-driven banking systems.
Identify performance constraints that may affect service reliability or operational readiness.
Document performance findings and communicate relevant technical risks.
