Dicetek LLC is seeking a Senior SRE/Production Support professional in Abu Dhabi to proactively monitor ATM application performance and availability, and to automate deployments, scaling, and incident response. The role focuses on robust monitoring, alerting, and logging for visibility into health across a card payment environment.

You will collaborate with dev teams to troubleshoot complex defects and ensure timely fixes, supporting 24x7 operations in a high-availability environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of Credit/Debit Card systems including issuance, authorization, dispute management and reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of SRE, observability, resilience, performance, capacity, and automation.
• Hands-on production support, incident management, troubleshooting and RCA.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, databases, OS, networking, and infrastructure.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle and/or SQL Server.
• Experience with WebLogic/WebSphere and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana.
• Knowledge of Python/Shell scripting, CI/CD, DevOps, HA/DR.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
