Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Systems Analyst to drive core banking and digital transformation initiatives. You will translate business requirements into functional and technical specs, map to BIAN service domains, and work with API-led integrations.

The role requires 6-10 years in banking systems analysis, strong requirements engineering, and collaboration with solution architects and engineering teams to ensure traceability and successful delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.
6-10 years of professional experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within the banking sector.
Experience participating in a core banking or digital banking transformation programme.
Strong understanding of retail and corporate banking products and operations.
Proven experience gathering and documenting complex business and system requirements.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and validate business and system requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews and process walkthroughs.
Document existing and future-state business processes, including operational scenarios, exceptions and reconciliation requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for banking applications.
Map business and system requirements to Banking Industry Architecture Network (BIAN) service domains, API operations and business events.
Work with relevant stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure consistency across business processes and technology solutions.
