Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank invites an experienced Senior Specialist Marketing to drive strategic marketing initiatives within the Retail Banking Group in the UAE. The role foregrounds UAE national talent, budget stewardship, and end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple channels.

You will lead vendor coordination, analyse market insights, and report campaign performance while supporting continuous improvement and customer-centric service delivery across the organisa tion.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of marketing work experience in a reputable organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma in Marketing and Advertising is an added advantage.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Relationship management with key personnel and internal stakeholders; manage daily communications and brand guidelines.
• Account planning and budgeting; support budgeting tracker and ROI-focused campaigns.
• Campaign/Event management; plan and execute integrated campaigns; manage stand/kiosk events and sales collateral.
• Management reporting; weekly status updates and end-of-campaign reports with key data points.
• Vendor management; work with approved external suppliers and ensure performance standards.
• People management; lead and develop the team in line with policies and business goals.
• Implement policies and drive continuous improvement to meet service standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold ADCB service standards.
