Job summary
Delivery Hero seeks a Principal Lead - Commercial Banking Technology to steer strategy, delivery, and support for Commercial Banking technology initiatives in the UAE. You will partner with business leaders and technology teams to design scalable, secure banking solutions aligned to the bank’s growth objectives.
In this role you will own roadmaps, manage budgets, oversee Agile/DevOps adoption, and ensure regulatory compliance while building high-performing teams capable of delivering digital
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Digital Banking, or related tech domains.
- Experience leading large‑scale technology delivery, transformation, and support in banking.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and SDLC methodologies.
- Strong information security, governance, and regulatory awareness.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Commercial Banking technology strategy, product roadmap, and end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle.
- Oversee design, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
- Lead Agile and DevOps adoption and drive delivery excellence.
