The role bridges delivery management and strategic client relationships, with KPIs in governance, delivery, and client outcomes. You will collaborate with CXOs, cloud-native Java/J2EE architectures, and AI-enabled processes to accelerate value for leading banks.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge in Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking.
• Background in open-architecture, Full-stack Java / J2EE, and Cloud-Native platforms.
• Proven mastery in project planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Strong ability to establish high-level client trust and engage CXO stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management and governance of multi‑million dollar banking platform implementations.
• Maintain timelines, risk mitigation, resource management, and project status.
• Drive operational efficiency without heavy handholding.
• Serve as single point of contact to executive stakeholders and CXOs.
• Focus on post-delivery success and long-term client objectives.
• Identify expansion and upselling opportunities within accounts.
• Guide onsite Tech Leads and SMEs; understand cloud-native architectures.
