Qualifications
- 9+ years in project/program management for technology in financial services or banking.
- Hands-on Agile software delivery (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) with sprint governance.
- Experience with AI agentic systems or AI product development.
- Knowledge of banking regulatory frameworks (CB UAE, PCI DSS).
- Strong governance: RAID logs, dependency tracking, RACI in multi-vendor setups.
- Excellent stakeholder communication to executives.
- Experience with Jira/Linear/Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
- Maintain RAID logs and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Bridge delivery teams with client stakeholders at exec level.
- Oversee AI agentic and software initiatives with feasible timelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and PCI DSS.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT and security testing phases.
- Prepare executive reporting (steering decks, roadmaps, RAG).
- Document scope changes and commercial impacts.
