Qualifications

• Direct experience with SOC/NOC workflows preferred.
• Solid understanding of Azure or AWS cloud-native architecture.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to business partners.
• Experience leading teams through adopting AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions with Business and Product teams.
• Devise and manage multi-quarter roadmaps, establish clear communication.
• Ensure AI deployments are 'production-ready'.
• Navigate regulatory compliance and data privacy challenges.
• Oversee the delivery of AI-powered features.
• Act as primary point of contact for executive leadership.
