Job summary

- 12–14 years of banking/financial services project delivery experience.
- Proven track record delivering multi-workstream banking implementations.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification; Agile/Scrum is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage integrated program plans across LOS, LMS, and Collections.
- Oversee go-live waves from greenfield to migration with milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, budgets, and vendor management.
- Governance, RAID, and CXO-level reporting.
- Ensure smooth data migration and integration with core banking systems.
