Job summary

Sopra Steria in Dubai seeks a Digital Sales Specialist to drive adoption of SBSs' digital offerings including Digital Banking Suite, Digital Account Opening, Digital Lending and Open Banking. You will work with the local sales team and leverage the Global Growth Squad for best practices.

You will build executive relationships, identify opportunities, collaborate with presales, and accelerate deals across the UAE market, contributing to pipeline growth and healthier win rates.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of SBSs digital solutions within your assigned territory.
• Collaborate with country account managers and presales teams to craft compelling value propositions.
• Act as trusted advisor to prospects building executive relationships.
• Escalate and coordinate with Head of Squad for strategic deal support.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; monitor market trends.
• Contribute to pipeline growth and ensure healthy coverage across prioritized accounts.
