Job summary

GIG Gulf in Dubai is seeking a sales professional to develop and maintain bancassurance relationships and partnerships. You will support with routine management of accounts and drive incremental business while safeguarding profitability.

Reporting to the Development Manager, you will ensure underwriting information is complete and align with bank requirements, while coordinating with credit control to minimize outstanding balances and maintain strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Bancassurance and partnerships.
• Ability to achieve annual sales targets within defined product range.
• Knowledge of underwriting principles and risk assessment.
• Ability to provide market intel on competitors' rates and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets through Bancassurance and new partnerships as defined by the department's sales strategy.
• Develop and maintain excellent relations with Bancassurance and partnerships to support targets.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors' rates and campaigns.
• Manage new business/renewal activities including document verification, payment links, policy issuance, and endorsements.
• Provide daily reports on sales and performance to the manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, complaints, escalations, and product advice.
