Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking an ambitious professional to join our Business Banking team in the UAE. You will engage with clients, support revenue-generating activities, and help deepen relationships through informed guidance on banking options.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in banking sales/service, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in MS Office. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment that values excellence.

Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years of experience in Banking sales and service.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of core Banking systems.
• Strong analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Respond to client queries and complaints, complete transactions and service requests within agreed turnaround times.
• Support the assigned business team with day-to-day revenue generating activities and educate clients on access options.
• Coordinate and consolidate internal reports for meetings.
• Assist in creating internal memos, requests and customer letters for relationship managers.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure service standards.
• Demonstrate ADCB Service Standards in all interactions with customers.
