Job summary

Calo is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist in Dubai to grow corporate partnerships and expand our wellness solutions to organizations. The role is on-site and focuses on acquiring, managing, and expanding B2B accounts, building value through tailored proposals and strategic negotiations.

You will identify new clients, present Calo’s offerings to decision-makers, close deals, and maintain ongoing relationships while coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Arabic speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients.
