Bybit Limited is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Audit Analytics, Automation & Innovation. You will design data-driven audit solutions, build SQL-based models, and embed analytics into audit methodology.

The role spans fraud surveillance, continuous monitoring, and automation of procedures across the internal audit function. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in data analytics with audit/risk exposure, strong SQL, dashboards, and experience with data warehouses; English and Chinese proficiency is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum 6 years of data analytics experience.
• At least 2 years supporting audit, risk, or compliance.
• Strong SQL proficiency; Python/R for analysis preferred.
• Experience building dashboards and visualisations.
• Familiarity with data warehouse architectures.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for business use.
• Certifications (CIA/CISA) are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of data-driven audit solutions.
• Develop SQL-based analytical models for audits.
• Transform raw data into audit-ready datasets.
• Embed analytics into audit methodology and processes.
• Develop and maintain continuous monitoring dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering to secure data access.
• Support fraud risk radar program and real-time detection.
