Job summary

Bybit is seeking an Internal Audit Manager with forensic investigation expertise to lead end-to-end audits and conduct fraud investigations across business functions in the UAE. The role requires strong audit fundamentals, investigative rigor, and knowledge of financial services, fintech, or crypto sectors.

You will draft audit reports, monitor remediation, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field.
• CPA, CIA, CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in internal audit, forensic investigation, or compliance in financial services, fintech, or crypto sectors.
• Experience conducting fraud investigations or forensic reviews with evidence handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end risk-based audit engagements across operational, financial, and business functions.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, policy violations, and inefficiencies.
• Draft high-quality audit reports with findings, root causes, and recommendations to management and the Board.
• Monitor remediation progress and drive timely closure of audit issues.
• Lead or support fraud investigations, ethics violations, and whistleblower cases with evidence collection and forensic analysis.
