Job summary

Bybit is expanding its data analytics and governance capabilities in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building scalable data delivery systems for Compliance and Trading teams, and creating analytics dashboards for data-driven oversight.

You will contribute to data asset governance and automation through data agents. The ideal candidate has strong Python and SQL skills, hands-on experience with Spark/Hadoop, and proficiency in OLAP engines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python for data analysis and modeling (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Strong SQL skills and ability to model data with complex queries.
• Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) and OLAP engines (Presto, Doris, StarRocks, ClickHouse).
• Familiar with Git and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build structured data delivery systems for Compliance and Trading teams and maintain data workflows.
• Develop analytics systems and dashboards to support performance attribution and operational oversight.
• Author data warehouse documentation and establish field-level data standards.
