Job summary

Bybit is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Expert to join its global internal audit function in Dubai. This role designs risk-based audit plans, leads engagements, and ensures regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions in the fast-growing crypto sector.

The candidate will leverage data analytics, SQL, and AI-driven techniques to enhance testing, reporting to the Board, and remediation tracking, while collaborating with Compliance, Risk and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, CIA, CISA or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of internal audit or compliance experience in financial services, fintech or crypto sectors.
• Strong knowledge of IIA auditing standards and internal control frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-border audits and regulator interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute risk-based internal audit plans across governance, risk, and controls.
• Lead end-to-end internal audit engagements per IIA standards and internal methodology.
• Draft audit reports with findings, root causes, and practical recommendations for management and the Board.
• Monitor remediation of audit issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Apply data analytics and AI-driven techniques to enhance testing and risk assessment.
