Job summary

Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking an Internal Audit Expert to enhance governance, risk and controls across jurisdictions. You will lead end-to-end internal audit engagements and develop risk-based plans with senior management input.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or related field.
CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent certifications preferred.
5+ years in internal auditing or compliance in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and IIA standards.
Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

Design risk-based internal audit plans aligned with strategy, regulation and emerging risks.
Lead internal audit engagements and draft reports for management and Board.
Leverage data analytics, including SQL and AI-driven tools, to enhance testing and risk assessment.
Collaborate with Compliance, Risk and Finance across global functions.
