Bybit is seeking a Lead AML Product Specialist, AI & Automation to enhance AML workflows, systems and processes. The role collaborates with AML Operations, Investigations, Transaction Monitoring, KYC/KYB, Compliance, Data and Engineering teams to identify inefficiencies, implement scalable AI-driven solutions, and improve productivity, quality and control across the AML function.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AML, financial crime, compliance technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of AML operations: monitoring, investigations, KYC/KYB/EDD and SARs.
• Experience building or improving AML systems, workflows or processes; familiarity with AI/automation.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritise AML product and process improvements across operations.
• Review workflows and identify opportunities to automate and simplify tasks.
• Translate AML/regulatory requirements into clear product requirements for Engineering, Data and AI teams.
• Embed AI-enabled tools into AML workflows and ensure adoption in daily operations.
• Track outcomes such as productivity and quality of AML reviews.
