Job summary

Bybit seeks a mid-to-senior Analytics Partner to own Payment analytics, including Crypto Pay, Stablecoin, and Cross-border payments. You will build frameworks, perform deep-dive analyses, and deliver actionable insights to guide product strategy and growth.

The role requires strong SQL/Python skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to influence across Product, Operations, and Business Development in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as statistics, CS, economics or finance.
• 5+ years in BI, analytics, product analytics, or related data roles; fintech/PSP exposure is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of payment models, flows, channels, and core metrics.
• Proficient in SQL (Hive/ODPS) and Python; comfortable building analytics models.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization.
• Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the BI partner for Payment; understand crypto pay, stablecoin and cross-border payments.
• Collaborate with leaders across Product, Ops, BD to define objectives and opportunities.
• Build analytical frameworks; deliver insights to guide product strategy and planning.
• Conduct root-cause, attribution, and trend analyses to explain performance changes.
• Develop dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor payment metrics and revenue drivers.
• Own end-to-end analytics projects; drive cross-functional execution and impact.
