Job summary

Bybit seeks a senior Audit Analytics, Automation & Innovation lead to drive data analytics, automation, and technology innovation across Internal Audit. You will design and maintain SQL-based analytical models to support audits, including population testing, anomaly detection, and trend analysis.

You will embed analytics into audit processes, develop dashboards, and explore AI/ML tools to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
6+ years in data analytics with audit/risk/compliance exposure.
Proficient in SQL; Python/R for analysis preferred.
Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualisations.
Familiarity with data warehouse architectures such as Hive, StarRocks, Spark.

Responsibilities

Lead Internal Audit’s data analytics, automation, and technology innovation initiatives, including developing and executing the department's technology roadmap.
Design, build, and maintain SQL-based analytical models to support audit engagements—population testing, anomaly detection, trend analysis, and control assessment.
Analyse data to identify analytics, automation, and reporting solutions to enhance audit planning and execution.
Embed analytics into audit methodology and processes across risk assessment, planning, scoping, fieldwork, and reporting.
Drive automation opportunities to streamline procedures and reduce manual effort across Internal Audit.
Transform raw data from multiple sources into audit-ready datasets and quantified findings.
Provide data-driven evidence to support audit conclusions with scalable analytics.
