Job summary

Leading Global Law Firm in Dubai seeks a Corporate Senior Associate with 5–8 PQE to lead complex M&A transactions from inception to completion. You will manage deal teams, negotiate terms, and coordinate with clients and internal parties in a high-stakes environment.

Applicants should be UK/US/AUS qualified solicitors with a track record at a Legal 500 firm and relevant Middle East exposure. Arabic language skills and PE/VC experience are advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with UK/US/AUS qualification and 5–8 PQE in corporate M&A.
• Experience leading M&A transactions from start to finish in the Middle East market.
• Background with a top-tier/Legal 500 law firm and Dubai exposure.

Corporate Senior Associate Lawyer 5–8 PQE | M&A | Dubai | Leading Global Law Firm
I am currently working on an excellent opportunity for a high calibre corporate lawyer to join a leading Middle East Corporate team based in Dubai.
The team is looking to hire at the Senior Associate c5 - 9 PQE, with experience of corporate M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital etc.
The role will involve leading M&A transactions from start to finish, so candidates should be confident running deals and managing stakeholders independently.
Applicants should have trained and qualified (UK/US/ AUS) solicitor with a Legal 500 law firm and have experience in the Middle East market.
Top tier law firm remuneration (tax free), bonus and package on offer to attract a high calibre candidate, coming from a Legal 500 recognised law firm in the UAE, London etc.
Arabic language skills and/or exposure to PE and / or venture capital transactions would be highly advantageous, but are not essential.
