Job summary

Dubai-based major international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its busy Corporate & M&A practice. You will handle high-level work, including large-scale cross-border M&A, venture capital, private equity and investment funds transactions for global clients and regional funds.

You will leverage the firm's Saudi deal expertise and equity capital markets capability to support clients, thrive in a dynamic, friendly team, and contribute to complex, high-value deals across the Middle

• First-class legal practice abilities with a practical commercial approach and a proven track record in taking responsibility for and managing deals.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
