Qualifications

• Strong Corporate/M&A experience gained at a recognised law firm.
• Experience running and supporting M&A transactions from start to finish.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and client management ability.
• Experience working on cross-border transactions would be advantageous.
