Job summary

Farrow & Farrow in Dubai seeks a corporate associate to join its renowned M&A practice. The role offers high-quality transactional work across public and private M&A, private equity and joint ventures, with genuine exposure to cross-border mandates and a clear path to progression.

You will advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations for domestic and international clients, draft and negotiate key transaction documents, manage due diligence across jurisdictions, and build

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with relevant corporate M&A experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and sound business judgement.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
