Job summary

Hydrogen Group is recruiting for a 1–3 PQE Corporate M&A Associate in the Dubai office of a leading international law firm; you will work closely with a highly regarded partner and an established corporate team on cross-border matters.

The role offers exposure to cross-border M&A, joint ventures, investments and general corporate matters for an impressive international client base across the Middle East and beyond, with a view to building a long-term career in the Dubai market.

Qualifications

• Training and experience at a top-tier international law firm.
• Excellent academics and technical skills.
• Ability to work on sophisticated, cross-border transactions.
• Ideally, some Middle East experience, although this is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Join the Dubai office and work closely with a partner and corporate team on cross-border matters.
• Support cross-border M&A, joint ventures, investments and general corporate matters.
