Job summary

Client of Aventus Global Talent in Abu Dhabi seeks a junior corporate lawyer to gain exposure to high-value regional and cross-border transactions with sovereign wealth funds, government-related entities, institutional investors and international corporates.

You will work on private M&A, private equity, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and restructurings, with due diligence and transaction documents, reporting to an experienced corporate team.

Qualifications

• Candidates should ideally have trained with a top tier corporate practice
• Ideally in the UAE or with tangible Middle East experience, i.e. coming from a Magic / Silver Circle / US firm
• With a strong Corporate / M&A seat or relevant post-qualification experience
