Standard Chartered in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales and Relationship Manager to build and manage a high-value client portfolio across Wealth and Retail Banking. You will develop strategic revenue plans, onboard new clients, and sustain relationships with a focus on delivering excellent service and compliant operations.

The ideal candidate brings banking and investment product experience, strong communication, and leadership to drive growth in a multi-cultural UAE environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Sales and Relationship Manager with background in handling Banking & Investment Products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence outcomes.
• Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development while driving the Digital Agenda.
• Generate new business to achieve targets for customers, volumes and revenue.
• Onboard NTB clients through Branches & Direct Sales team; maintain and service a portfolio.
• Develop sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers via referrals.
• Maintain Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, business done).
• Address customer expectations and reduce complaints while providing professional service.
• Lead by example, set tone with risk partners, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML.
