Standard Chartered in Dubai seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to develop and manage banking and investment client relationships across the region. You will focus on onboarding new clients while servicing an existing portfolio with strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experienced Sales and Relationship Manager with background in handling all Banking & Investment Products.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development.
• Generate new business to achieve defined targets for customers, volumes and revenue.
• Induct NTB new customers brought in by Branches & Direct Sales team.
• Create sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
• Maintain Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done).
• Meet customer expectations and handle complaints while delivering professional service.
• Lead with example and align with risk and control partners.
• Ensure KYC/AML updates and zero-error documentation.
