Job summary

Al Fardan Group is seeking an Associate Director - EPMO to lead the Enterprise Project Management Office, overseeing strategic technology programs and ensuring governance, risk management, and regulatory alignment. The role partners with executive leadership to drive enterprise transformation and cost optimization while leveraging emerging technologies.

The candidate will manage multi-location programs, ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards, and mentor program managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 12-15 years of experience including 5+ years in project/program management within financial services, fintech, tech service provider, or regulated industries.
• Professional certifications (must): PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the EPMO to oversee strategic programs and technology initiatives.
• Ensure technology strategy complies with CBUAE regulatory requirements and cybersecurity standards.
• Lead enterprise program delivery across multiple departments to align with strategic goals.
